Update: Since my initial review, I have purchased 3 more Belle Tress wigs from Chiquel. Throughout this process, I have had excellent service from Marie, Jada, Shanesa and the customer care team. On July 22, my friend Elaine and I had an excellent appointment with Heather. I recognized her from her wig videos on You Tube. She was really kind and helpful and showed us possible styles and colours for future purchases. Heather and Marie are really professional and a really caring team in Oakville. They make wig shopping such a positive and fun experience!

I had a really fun and positive experience at my consultation with Marie in Oakville on February 25,2025. The space is inviting and included a comfortable seating area for my two friends. I had requested Belle Tress styles and Marie was able to give me a good selection to try on and compare. After having thinning hair for several years, even a low density wig takes some getting used to. However, we narrowed down to 3 favourites and 2 runners up. Marie was very helpful in this process, making sure that I was choosing the wig that was right for me. I took home Montecito in Buttered Toast after we discovered that blond highlights really brighten up this brunette! Marie also honoured the weekend sale and I was very pleased with the great value. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my friends here for their hair needs.
