I've had a wonderful experience at Chiquel with both Donna and Bri! They're very thoughtful, patient, and supportive, and there's no pressure in their store. They were also both great with accommodating my disability. I can't wait to see them again!

I had a wonderful experience at Chiquel, it far exceeded my expectations! The in-person appointments are handled with respectful privacy and you feel like you are the most important customer of the day. Tiffany was a joy to deal with - she is very knowledgeable but also full of warmth and humor. If you need a wig, I HIGHLY recommend Chiquel - they have an extensive selection and know exactly how to treat their customers.. it was a lovely experience, which I very much appreciated.

Michele was so patient and helpful. She even took me outside with a large mirror so I could view colors in natural sunlight. She is very knowledgeable and was ready for our appointment with several wigs ready to show me. Great experience at Ottawa's Chiquel.
